Volcano Hotel is one of the smallest country hotels in Iceland, featuring seven rooms with private facilities. Nestled in the southernmost part of Iceland, it is set in the stunning Mýrdalur valley, right below the Katla volcano in the Mýrdalsjökull glacier. The village of Vík, located 12 km east of the hotel, offers amenities such as a gas station, swimming pool, small shop, restaurants, an information center, and an ATM.
