See the horse show 'A Meeting with the Icelandic Horse' at Friðheimar, providing insight into the story of the Icelandic horse and its five gaits: Walk, trot, gallop, tölt and skeið. After the show you can visit the stables, enjoy a hot drink and meet the riders and their steeds. The show is available during the summer months in 14 different languages. Before or after the show you can sit down to a delicious Friðheimar tomato soup with freshly baked bread – with tomato plants all around. Certified by Vakinn. Minimum 15 people. Available from May to October.

The visitor centre and restaurant is open for individuals daily all year between 12:00 and 16:00. Possible to view the greenhouse and sit down for a tomato soup and dessert.
