Ice Cave Tour

The Ice Cave Tour, starting from Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon, is a popular 2-3 hour adventure. Participants travel in a modified 4x4 vehicle through a glacial valley, followed by a 15-minute hike on the glacier to the Blue Diamond ice cave. This tour includes a thrilling jeep ride through stunning landscapes and a walk to the cave, where visitors can admire the vibrant blue ice and take photos. Ice caves change over the winter, so the specific cave visited may vary.. The tour begins at the black truck marked with the Local Guide logo at Jökulsárlón. Available from 1 October to 31 March.
