Wonders of Snæfellsnes National Park

Wonders of Snæfellsnes National Park

The Snæfellsnes Peninsula, known as “Iceland in miniature,” offers a diverse landscape with black sand beaches, mountains, volcanic craters, rich birdlife, and the Snæfellsjökull glacier. This tour is perfect for those who want to explore off the beaten path.

The day tour includes expert guidance and stops at Arnarstapi, a fishing village near Snæfellsjökull National Park, known for its stunning seaside cliffs and basalt formations. Visitors can photograph the stone statue of Bárður Snæfellsás.

Djúpalónssandur Beach, with its black stones and unique rock formations, is a tour highlight. The Snæfellsjökull glacier, featured in Jules Verne's "Journey to the Centre of the Earth," is another major attraction, offering breathtaking views.

Additional stops include Hólahólar, Ólafsvík, Ytri Tunga, and the iconic Kirkjufell Mountain.  The tour is suitable for small groups and individuals. Available all year.
