A 2.5-3-hour horse riding tour starting on soft riding trails along the meadows around Eldhestar riding centre. You then follow the river Gljúfurá and continue along an old route towards Mt. Ingólfsfjall, named after the first Norwegian Viking who settled in Iceland. You will ride along the slopes of Mt. Reykjafjall with nice views of the landscape between the ocean and the volcanic mountains surrounding the village Hveragerdi, before returning back to the farm. Daily departures all year.
