This is as simple as it gets:
1. You contact us
You write us a line telling about your dream itinerary. While reaching out, you can already provide us with a few details like: the specific area(s) you would like to visit, the length of the tour, who you are travelling with, your preferences regarding accommodation standards, and more.
2. Together, we customise your tour
We take the time to listen and understand your needs and wishes. Once we have a good understanding of your vision for this trip, we come up with the most comfortable options. Together with you, we design and adjust the trip that fits your needs, and we share our knowledge and experience to guide you.
3. We make the bookings
Once you are satisfied about the itinerary, we send you the final version, while taking care of all the reservations for accommodation, car rental and activities before your arrival.
4. You are good to go!
Once in Iceland, you are provided with our Hey Guide Tablet including your personalized itinerary and e-vouchers, to help you navigate the country. In the tablet are also some suggestions of what to see nearby, and a messaging system so that we can assist you at any time during your stay in Iceland. We also welcome your feedback and comments on your tour.
